Job description:
1. Design and develop analog integrated circuits, complete circuit design, analysis, and simulation verification;
2. Assist AE to complete the system-level test verification of analog integrated circuits;
3. Write standardized chip design documents and test documents;
4. Assist the test engineer to complete the CP, FT and reliability tests of the IC.
job requirements:
1. Major in electronics and communication, master degree or above, major in microelectronics is preferred;
2. Have a solid analog circuit foundation and circuit analysis capabilities, and be familiar with the design process and methods of analog integrated circuits;
3. Familiar with semiconductor device physics knowledge and layout design knowledge, familiar with mainstream EDA tool software;
4. Familiar with commonly used electronic circuit test equipment;
5. Possess good self-study ability and problem-solving ability, rigorous working attitude;
6. Have good communication skills and sense of teamwork, open-minded and candid communication.
7. Those with power supply and driver chip development and operators are preferred;
