On November 14, 2025, the 2025 "China Core" Integrated Circuit Industry Promotion Conference and the Award Announcement Ceremony for the 20th "China Core" Outstanding Works Selection was held in Hengqin, Zhuhai. The "High-Frequency Quasi-Resonant Gallium Nitride (GaN) Driver Chip G1603", independently developed by our company, stood out in the highly competitive "China Core" Outstanding Product Selection and won the 20th "China Core" Xinhuo Emerging Product Award.
The G1603 high-frequency quasi-resonant control GaN driver chip adopts the industry-leading 0.18μm 100V high-voltage BCD process. It integrates a digital operation core and a variety of control technologies, effectively solving the industry’s key challenges in conversion efficiency, sampling accuracy, and dynamic response. At the same time, it significantly improves the control accuracy and consistency of output voltage and current, meets the wide compatibility requirements of fast-charging power supplies, and overcomes the fluctuation issue of key parameters caused by process manufacturing. This product has been successfully applied in multiple fields such as intelligent terminals, high-power fast charging, and industrial control. Its performance is on par with that of international similar products, realizing the direct replacement of high-end domestic chips.
