Summit Overview
From June 2nd to 3rd, 2023, the Seventh Jiwie Semiconductor Summit was grandly held at the Xiamen International Conference Center Hotel. The summit brought together Semiconductor industry heavyweights and attracted companies from a wide range of industries including production, academia, research, government, use and investment. It is one of the best platforms for the exchange of insights, capital and resources in the semiconductor industry.Broadcom Microelectronics Technology's Global Semialso made an on-site appearance and set up a stand.
Corporate Achievements
The research and development team of GlobalSemi was established in 2012, and Wuxi Broadcom Microelectronics Technology Company., Ltd. was founded in May 2018. Over the years, it has consistently focused on the innovative development of power management chips and serving as a one-stop solution provider for power supply.
As the first domestic digital power management chip design company (GlobalSemi brand), our technical team comes from well-known semiconductor design companies at home and abroad. All members have over 19 years of experience in power management IC research and development, as well as system applications. Additionally, they hold multiple invention patents and several authorized integrated circuit layout design patents. Our products are widely used in the power supply management systems of various fields such as mobile terminals, white goods, network communications, power tools, and AI intelligent terminals. In the future, we will expand to automotive-grade signal chain chips, sensor chips, and more.
The company has established a joint R & D Laboratory with the Xidian University School of Microelectronics, the South China University of Technology and Wuxi Research Institute of Applied Technologies,Tsinghua University. By merging advanced power system architecture design, semiconductor manufacturing process, and packaging process, our technical level is leading in the international power IC design field. We have received dozens of honors, such as 'National High-tech Enterprise', 'Wuxi Binhu High-level Leading Talent Enterprise', 'Jiangsu Province Specialized, Fine, Special, and New Enterprise', and others.

In this summit, GlobalSemi brought mature products and power solutions to the scene, primarily showcasing the following five product solutions to the public:
The third-generation AC-DC digital power series chip (G523x, 513x series) features proprietary innovative IP (ADC module algorithm) of PSR digital technology architecture, capable of supporting peak power working mode and outputting peak current. Built-in MOS products offer excellent dynamic response performance and comprehensive protection functions, making them a cost-effective product choice. These products have been widely used in fields such as AI smart speakers, WiFi6, Moriter, etc.
PD TYPE-C quick charging PWM master control, this product has ultra-low standby power consumption (<30mW), adopts Vcc:100V process design, and its quick charging mass production power can reach 75 watts. It supports multiple working modes (PWM/QR/Green/Burst/PeakLoad), has built-in MOS and GaN direct drive circuits, and does not require an external buck circuit, featuring comprehensive protective functions.
The synchronous rectifier series product adopts a 40-180V withstand voltage process design and Vcc self-powered. It can satisfy positive and negative rectification without additional circuits. It is compatible with multiple working modes like CCM/DCM/QR and features strong driving and fast shutdown to avoid DS spikes.
Primary Side Regulation (PSR) G11xxS series, featuring ultra-low standby power consumption (<60mW), meet global level 6 energy efficiency, with ±4% constant voltage (CV)/constant current (CC) output accuracy, good dynamics, built-in system input over-voltage, under-voltage protection functions, adjustable precise output over-voltage protection (OVP), protecting load devices, constant power output. It is suitable for small appliances, electric motor product needs. The output constant current charging voltage difference can reach over three times, making it the preferred choice for AI smart devices, motors, and other application scenarios.
Secondary Side Regulation (SSR) G15xx series, with a standby power consumption of less than 80mW, a maximum output power of 75W, and a fixed frequency operation of 65kHz, it offers high conversion efficiency. It employs Green/Burst working modes, with no audio noise, multiple built-in MOS product specifications, and high cost-performance. The product has been widely used in fields such as TV power supplies and white goods.
