PD fast charging solution adopts leading high-voltage process, PWM VCC supports more than 80V, meeting the needs of fast charging (3-20V) output range, built-in multiple adaptive controls to achieve the best conversion efficiency under full voltage and full load . Synchronous rectification IC adapts to CCM/DCM/QR, VD voltage 120V and 180V above two versions. Utilize independent patent technology to effectively reduce DS spikes in CCM mode, automatically clamp VG at start-up, multiple DCM ringing detection to prevent accidental opening, specially designed VCC self-powered structure, support Hige-side and Low-side applications, and integrate power devices Realize a minimalist peripheral (only one VCC capacitor).
